San Onofre Tacos

These tacos are rich with flavor and texture. You’ll fry up some tofu cubes, bell peppers, and jalapeños. Top it with some vegan cheese and pumpkin seeds for some crunch. Use your favorite tortillas (the chef recommends yellow corn), and put it all together.
